We have offices in Memphis and Kansas City, and personally I've never met Dean. I heard about his ability to get found online and he has been able to help us with our social media, videos and an e-commerce site as well. We now have 2500+ likes in 2 months, our videos are starting to rank and attract customers as well as dealers, and our site doesn't even resemble what we had. I’d like to start off by saying that I rarely ever write reviews or voice my opinion on something or someone. If I do, it must be because the person, product, and/or service has really earned my attention and trust. That being said, this review is based on my recent partnership with Dean Etheridge with 360 Business Reviews.

I am the Chef and Owner of Big Fish Restaurant in Orange Beach, AL. We are in a tourist-based area. Which means we have to generate as much business as we can in the spring and summers. We have to save enough to get us through the winters and rely on locals to get us through the slow months. With so many new restaurants opening every month it gets more and more difficult. I met Dean several months back. I believe it was close to the end of the summer of 2014. He happened to come across my place by word-of-mouth not by Google. When we met he asked me if I were aware that my business could not be found by searching for restaurants in the area. I told him I was that I had no idea how I could make that happen. I also told him that I have already paid so much to two different people that were suppose to be pros at what they do and that it obviously got me no where. Dean said he could help. Of course I was skeptical, but I know it was important so I decided to listen to what he had to offer.

He came by on another night and took of few pics of my place and shot a mini video of the place and of me telling my story. Working with Dean was very pleasant. He came in and did his thing. He didn’t disturb the operation. He was quick and he was efficient. A couple weeks later he shot me an email with a couple different versions of the video and both were outstanding. He told me that he uploaded them to Google and YouTube. After just a few days of being on-line my restaurant started to get rankings. Finally we could be searched!

The cool thing about working with Dean is that he is so passionate about what he does and he is very determined to make it happen. He kept me up to speed with the whole process. He would email and text me every time we moved up on ranks and I think he was more excited than me about it. LOL! Honestly, you just don’t find this type of enthusiasm in today’s world. People just want to get paid and when they do they are over it, gone, or don’t answer your phone calls. Not with Dean! It has been well over 2 months that he has been paid, which was more than fair for everything he has done, and he is still on top of it. He is still increasing my rankings! He, (we), is shooting for the #1 SPOT. We are currently #2! From being on the last page to number #2 in such a short time is incredible and it’s only because of how determined and how passionate Dean is about what he does. So if what you need is help improving your business listing and/or a sharp video to promote your business then I highly recommend 360 Business Reviews and Dean Etheridge.
