Gig Harbor Heating has used 3C for almost 10 years now! It is user friendly, from dispatching to invoicing, syncs directly with my Quickbooks and we can create Sales Proposals with it. We only use about half of what it offers - which is literally everything you need to run a service based business. I don’t normally give reviews but after our company changed hands we switched to another system and I am not impressed. 3C was so easy to work with. I could see each clients history so I was informed walking into to meet a client. One of the best things was being able to select the view on my board which allowed me to see where my crews were working each day which made life so easy. Excellent software that is highly customizable and adaptable to just about any industry that utilizes a customer database and or dispatching field personnel.

I've worked directly with 3C for years now as both a technician and as management. I've also worked with Service Titan for a year as well and can definitely say that 3C is significantly more intuitive, both visually and interactively without sacrificing functionality.

While using Service Titan we were constantly having to set up new rules, alerts, job types, etc just to get it to do what we needed it to do. When our needs would change we'd have to get ahold of tech support just to figure out how to change all the settings to make it work again and we'd wait days for a reply. When we would finally get a hold of them, after all was said and done we found we had to trick it into doing what we wanted. It was a constant and exhausting battle.

With 3C I found that dispatchers and technicians alike found 3C to be plug and play. Adjusting schedules on the fly in real time as needs apply and communicating with field techs through the 3C app made coordinating the day quick and easy. I found it to be highly adaptable and easy to change/customize for our needs.

After years of experience with both, if I had to choose between using 3C and Service Titan, hands down I would (and do) use 3C Connect.

We are a smaller HVAC Co. and have been using 3CConnect for over two years now. The software is user friendly, cost efficient and provides for all our needs from truck location tracking, customer scheduling, purchasing reminders to final invoicing; and everything in-between. We also enjoy that 3CConnect representatives listen to our software suggestions and often make our requested updates. Their customer service is top notch and they help us out quickly when contacted. We definitely recommend this software company to HVAC businesses small and large. There is not a better, reasonably priced software product available with a more qualified customer service department.

I’m a service technician for a residential hvac company and I Prefer this app over other service apps I’ve used. 3C is easy to navigate and allows me to generate calls for myself without needing help from dispatch, which really comes in handy when you’re working after hours.I also like how it allows me to keep track of my kpi’s and revenue. One of the features I like the most is how easy it is to build an estimate, you’re able to add/remove items and service's without having to make separate estimates. 3C is the best app out there.
