Birdeye has refused, two years in a row, to stop billing our business $3,000+ per year. Their “service” is worthless in my opinion. Despite our timely cancellation notices, Birdeye automatically withdrew $3,000+, two years in a row, and refused to return the stolen money. Do a simple google search. This is, apparently, a pattern of fraudulent billing practices that occurs routinely with Birdeye—Again, do a google search… I wasn’t even looking for this information but it shows up (for example: it’s described all over Reddit). They tried to negotiate with me after stealing money from my business but they will not honor my timely cancellation requests. I would not do business with this company. Litigation is pending.
