The point of a casino is to gamble and redeem your winnings. Well you can do all The gambling you want on here don't look to receive your money. At least in any type of time frame that would be normal To any other casino. At this point i've got over a week waiting and they still haven't even approved it In their zero issues with my account Other than the fact that I was dumb to have one with them. First before it was even approved then I still Had to wait for it to be sent. So this one once again.I'm sure that it's not go to be long everything's been fixed And this is only after one of their games rip me off This is the third time the same game, but this time they told me to eat it. They were a bit of refund my money even though they have the game play and they can watch and see that there's something wrong with the game. To this day, the game still won't even load. It, it's broken, but they don't care. If they're not gonna pay for that, I have to and on top of that. My cash out hasn't even been looked at. It's still in the queue. They say World War 2 week. So I'm set up right now.To be the longest cash out i've ever had with them. I would probably rather play dice on the side of the road in the hood then gamble up with these people ever again. After I receive my funds i'm going to be closing my account. It would be different if they were, you know, apologetic about it or Even cheered at all, but you can tell by the tone.They don't.They don't care they got my money.That's all they needed and they act like I should be lucky to get mine. It did they told me so much that was gonna have to deal with losing the money and I ended app winning on a scratch off and well apparently for the next week or so I could argue with them every day about trying to get my money but I know it's gonna be a moot point. Well thank you for the horrible Casino experience I'll be sure not to repeat it.And I hope that everyone else's readiness does the same Avoid at all cost. Oh.

They stole my winnings and I DID NOT VIOLATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS!! SCAM SCAM SCAM.
I tried to talk to manager supervisor, was told no. I won nov. 19, and tried to redeem to be told i violated oct. 2 and my account disabled. After depositing over 100. 00 after oct. 2 and money before than, they stole my 4000.00 and wont help me at all.
Even thou i did not purchase with anyones card only my account on google! Terms do not say another person card cant be linked to you google accounts (that im authorized user on) its says can not purchase with anothers credit card. And i did not! And if i am wrong why not disable my account prior to redemption instead of continuing to accept over 100. 00 and when it came tome for me to get paid i got rejected and disabled
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE FRAUDULENT GAME PLATFORM.
THERE ARE GOOD ONES WHO DONT STEAL YOUR WINNINGS!!
