The staff at Launch Trampoline Park was absolutely amazing! We brought our summer camp here, and they treated us with outstanding hospitality and care. This is a place where memories are created, and we highly recommend it to parents, camps, and schools.

It was truly the best field trip ever! A special shout-out to the phenomenal staff members David, Supervisor Brandon, and Jaybran for making this an unforgettable experience. Thank you for all that you do for our community and for creating such a welcoming and fun environment.

I really like this place and so do our kids. The staff is wonderful! David and Jordan kept a close eye on our kids and made sure everyone was as enjoying the trampoline area responsibly. I really like their toddler time! I am looking into doing our kids bday party here in a couple of months.

The place is really good and has a lot of features great for kids. Kids can enjoy all the facilities and have a great time. Now for the bad. Way overpriced, be prepared to pay only for 1 kid 50 dollars for only two hours. No, even 1 parent allowed to walk the trampolines or any facility in order to care for your kid or show him/her. They want everyone paying these crazy prices, knowing that you are required to purchase the pair of socks too. I will go to other places in the future, and I will definitely not pay this again, ohh crazy waiver also to make you waste more time, like if you're not the only one responsible for your children.

Update: at 6:30pm in a Monday we had to leave because of our time running out, but my daughter of 5 years went to play at the jumping part with other 5 kids, was 6:33pm and one of the attendants didn't let her jump one last time, leaving her sitting by herself at a bench outside, imagine when I saw her all sad at 6:36pm sitting there as she was on penitence. They had many options but chose the worst. When asked why they couldn't allow her, only that moment I never received a response other than she ran out of time, seriously on at almost empty place. The guy never gave face, the one that talked to her instead of me. I just created a list for this place to never go again. Definitely need more training and better customer service when dealing with small children.

I really love this place. It’s not so big that you lose track of your kids (especially important for kids under 10). The staff was very friendly and attentive in specific Chloe, who was in the front desk. Brandon the manager was also very helpful. The price for all day play is $35 which I found fairly priced. Overall my family and I will continue coming back.

Our next summer adventure with kids take us to LUNCH Trampoline Park with a category 4.4 an (482 ) review
The place has everything you need to have a fun time with family and friends, it is large and with enough space in each jumping field, a cafeteria with all the food cravings you want to eat or drink.
My group was made up of 26 students, the only person who took good care of us was the one who received the money, because the other 7 who were with her were more interesting to talk to each other than to attend to my group.
One of my students had an accident where his throat received an impact with a compressed rope that should not be there, the person who was in charge of that field was more concerned about his phone than what happened to my student since he put his phone away and behaved like now what happened, my wife had to go in because the other person who was nearby didn't react either, like they solve it and don't bother me.
We have visited all the trampolines in Doral and we have never seen a service like this and it is the first time we go to lunch trampoline, I do not recommend it.

Took the kids to Launch the other day, and it was an awesome time. The place is a blast—so many trampolines and fun stuff to jump on. The staff were incredibly friendly and made everything super easy. My kids had an absolute blast, and I did too. Definitely worth the trip if you’re looking for a fun family outing.

First time going to Launch for my six year old. It’s relatively small, we usually go to Urban Air Trampoline Park which is much bigger and a lot more activities for a much cheaper price. Just wanted to try something new, but was a bit disappointed.

My son enjoyed it but did say Urban Air was much better. Has a zip line that you fall on inflatable but it’s very small. The playground is also very small, the trampolines are very nice. The one thing I did not like is there is no security or protection for the kids walking out of the building.
