Hands Down is the worst experience I have ever had with a retail store. The pictures are of the "professional install" I paid them to do. They left all the wires showing and when I asked about the it, the employee said "if you don't like it, you can have someone else do it". I asked for a manager and they told me there wasn't one. I contacted customer service, who said they would have a manager call me. No one called me. I had to repeatedly call customer service, who said they would have another tech redo the install correctly. I arrive for the services and they tell me they can not do the service based on my vehicle. Iaskedk for a refund and was told no. I asked for a manager, and they brought me a supervisor who looked me right in the eye and said I could not have a refund because they did install it. I sai, Look at all the wires, you're telling me that is acceptable? He said there was nothing he could do. I asked for the store managers name and the district managers name so I could follow up. They told me they are not allowed to give me their managers' names but someone would call me. I left and called customer service. After a few days of customer service calls with no follow-up on their end, I finally got a customer service rep who connected me to another in store supervisor. He asked me why I wanted to speak to the district manager. I told him a refund. He said a refund? Did my team remove everything since they installed it. I said no, all the wires are still hanging there if he would like to see them. At that point, it made sense to him to contact his District Manager to call me. It took a few days, but the DM processed my refund.

Bought a software and the sales kid never mentioned it was non returnable, I came back the next day and tried returning it without even using it or activating it and the manager was so unprofessional and ruthless. Told me firmly he was not helping me or giving me a refund, that I had to call microsoft to see if they would give me a refund. Bad customer service. I have been a Best Buy custome for years. This will be my last purchase with them. Pasadena Store.

So stand in line here, and theres 3 of them, pickup, checkout, and return. They do not staff all of them. And they only attend to them in order priority in that same order... Stand forever if you have to make a return because your lowest priority, as others keep showing up on the higher ones. This place sucks....

Even the phone checkout at this store is disabled, so your stuck in line and your priority even to purchase in store. Long line, and pickups come first!!!

Best Buy is the last electronic store. I used to visit the West Los Angeles store on Pico Blvd, but I like this Pasadena Foothill Blvd store a little more. I said that I am a loyal Best Buy customer. Purchased many house appliances and computer and electric equipment, and DVDs/CDs in the last 30 years. Best Buy can get an idea for what's the latest and greatest computers, TVs and electronics in the market. Put this place to visit for your electronic shopping wish list.

Really appreciated the work ethic and professionalism of the manager, Gaby. She supported me the most, especially after the Montebello staff failed to call me back in a timely manner of when my phone would be accessible until a week of me checking in. Instead, Gaby was able to handle my issue all while managing the store and supporting other customers. Great customer service!
