My phone screen stopped working on me for some reason and it had some cracks so I went to get it fixed here. I was already iffy about the reviews but wasn’t sure where else to go.
The staff was indeed nice but they said my phone would take about a week or longer. So I waited longer than I should’ve. I went in to check on the status of my phone and it was ready. We didn’t receive any messages or calls to the number we provided for them.
after I got my phone back, my screen has been sensitive and poking out of the phone. I ignored it because I had already paid $160.
So like I said, the screen was very sensitive and I dropped it ONCE, it started acting up. Screen was still responsive but it kept getting worse (photos added)

I just got my phone fixed again with the insurance I had with Verizon

In my case not a recommended place to go I took my LG Stylo 6 phone in for repair to replace the back glass piece of my cell phone and the back glass piece of my cell phone lens piece the employee woman named briee did a terrible job it resulted as a blue LED flash light after repairing it wich resulted to bad photo image quality with flash and also the first time I picked up my cellphone the biometric finger print scanner didn't work at first then I took it back wich it was fixed with in minutes afterwards my cell phone started to ghost touch by it's self and stopped functioning from there poor work quality from the employee

They took my sons hard earned money, and sent him home with a broken phone. You think your stuff is getting fixed but in reality it’s just sitting on the shelf racking up labor fees. They are a joke and a group of under qualified scammers, stealing from the community. Taking advantage of vulnerable people that don’t know better. Please don’t throw your time and money away with these thieves.

They stole my money! The bill kept getting higher and higher on me. Finally after weeks and weeks of waiting I pick up my phone only to have it still broken. They said I couldn’t have my money back because I had to pay for labor. They took my money and sent me home with a broken phone.

I’ve taken two devices in to Geek tech to have the screens replaced they were fixed promptly,there pricing is competitive but for a well done job. On the second device I took in I had to leave town unexpectedly, so the device stayed with them for about a month, what was cool about them was that they didn’t hound me to come pick it up or charge me more for holding it so long. Excellent service

My niece accidentally broke my laptop screen and came here to fix it. The guy in the front was super nice and straight forward. He told me it would be around $200 and I was like okay not too bad. He told me it would take around a week for it to be finished and that he’ll call me. A week passes by and they call me telling me that my screen is definitely broke and they will order a new screen and they raised my price to $300. So it took them a week for them to tell my screen is broken I already knew that. I remained calm and waited another week and they called me to tell me that it would be $400 because they order “apple” products. Basically at the end of the MONTH. In total I paid $600. The price went from $200 to $600! I will definitely will not be returning to this place. My screen was definitely replaced but there is gaps where I can see the light peeking through... the people were nice but kept raising the price $100 every phone call I would receive.

RESPONSE: I made this review late because I didn't have a google account before! I never said that you saved me $2,000 nor was it a MacBook Pro. Yes the screen got replaced but there are gaps of light peeking through around it. It took over a month to fix not 10 days. Also you guys kept raising the price with every phone call I would get, kinda ridiculous but okay.

Great service. I trust them and the work they do. Quickly returned my tablet and phone. A little more costly than another place we took a phone before...but they actually fixed the phone a second time after taking it to the cheaper place and it was till not fixed. "You get what you pay for", is definitely fitting here.
