AV Media is the best AV company in the Orlando area. We were very pleased with the team led by Account Manager, Cameron Pilz, and comprised of Sean C, Zach K and Brion. Each and every one of them is truly professional and made sure that everything was ready to go for every round: checking and rechecking the connections of the projectors and sound system. Terrific service by the AVmedia team -- from pre-event until the very end. Josh and Cam were there to help at all times, even when I needed technical assistance with my own laptops. Great communication -- constant texting to ensure our event ran smoothly and always asking what we might need and thinking ahead to potentially avoid any issues. Paul provided great guidance and even visited our "office" after the conference had concluded to check on us. Really appreciate their professionalism and, as a non-profit organization, their ability to work with our budget to provide a top-notch product and service.
