CAUTION! Owner Rafik M. Guirguis has a lot of personal insecurity and will create drama for your business.

This is my experience with Mr. Rafik M. Guirguis and 10 West Inc.

First off, as of August 2021, the company 10 West Inc. is in SUSPENDED STATUS in the California State Secretary of State office.

I have spoken with Rafik M. Guirguis on several occasions about business matters and in my opinion this company and founder Rafik M. Guirguis are unprofessional and have a BAD ATTITUDE.

In my view, the company and Mr. Rafik M. Guirguis do not understand or appreciate value, professional services, courtesy, and professionalism. In my opinion, they will take advantage of any courtesy you give them, like they did with me.

In my opinion, it is a big mistake to do business with Mr. Rafik M. Guirguis, either as a customer, as a vendor, as a contractor, or an employee in any way.

In my opinion, Mr. Rafik M. Guirguis, is UNPROFESSIONAL, CONNIVING, VINDICTIVE, and will harm any organization he works with if something even small happens that he personally does not like.

FOR EXAMPLE: In my experience with Rafik M. Guirguis, he GOT UPSET WITH ME for (allegedly) putting him on mute during a call, which I did not do, but so what if I did

He got so upset with this insignificant act, that HE RETALIATED with negative action against my business and my clients.

In addition, BE CAREFUL ON PHONE CALLS with Mr. Rafik M. Guirguis as he as admitted to me on several occasions that he has surreptitiously RECORDED MY PHONE CALLS with him, and has phone tracking technologies (whatever that means), and he did this without my consent and in violation of the California Invasion of Privacy Act, CA Penal Code 632.

My opinion is to get at least 3 quotes from developers, and stay away from Dumpster Fire.

The above is my opinion only, based on personal experience with Mr. Rafik M. Guirguis.
