It's interesting to have everyone praise the talent and professionalism when that was not evident in any contact with this company. Proposals were late, briefs were not read properly and on a call with creative director he had no idea what my project was about. The producer was rude and defensive and had a can't do mentality. Having done this work for 20 years I was very unimpressed.
