Steve and his team have went above and beyond for our office during our transition. I've been a customer of Tech Rockstars for years and, as always, they never disappoint. I thought for sure the monitor to my desktop was shot. Hoping it was just a bad cord, I drove over to their shop and spoke with Kevin. We discussed my options and he offered to loaned me a pair to try. Turned out it was a problem with my power cord. The shop only had one person working when I brought my laptop in. Although I’ve used their service before the inability to make an appointment makes it tough for emergencies as the 24-72 hour wait time for a diagnostic can be hazardous to a business or someone who works from their device. The flexibility would be nice.
