Caution: My Experience with RyanTech
I strongly advise anyone considering RyanTech to proceed with caution. After inheriting their services at my company, I encountered major issues with pricing transparency, license transfers, support services, and intimidation tactics.

Contradictory Business Practices
RyanTech claims to uphold Honesty, Integrity, Fairness, and Self-Regulation, yet my experience directly contradicts these values:

Pricing Transparency Issues – RyanTech advertised "best discounts" (10% off MSRP) but excluded Business Premium Licenses, our most expensive and widely used licenses.
License Transfer Double Standards – They initially told us Microsoft allows seamless CSP transfers, yet when we attempted to switch providers, they demanded full-term payments. Meanwhile, they attempted to acquire licenses from another CSP on our behalf, contradicting their own policies.
Billing & Net 30 Threats – Despite resolving billing concerns with their finance team and paying within agreed Net 30 terms, RyanTech threatened to revoke those terms as leverage when we initiated a transfer.

Support Services: High Cost, Low Value
RyanTech charged us $1,200/month for support, yet most of our requests were met with Microsoft documentation links rather than actual troubleshooting. We have since switched to a provider that offers superior support at no additional cost.

Intimidation Tactics – Cease & Desist Letter
After leaving a truthful review, RyanTech’s attorney, Randall Johnson, sent a Cease & Desist letter demanding its removal. However, they failed to identify any factual inaccuracies, instead claiming my review was "damaging." Rather than addressing concerns transparently, they attempted to silence criticism through legal threats.

Final Verdict
RyanTech’s lack of transparency, double standards, and questionable business practices make them an unreliable CSP partner. We have since moved to a better provider with fair pricing and real support. If you’re considering RyanTech, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Edit/Response:
I have not removed any content from my review. In fact, I’ve added more details. I even asked their attorney to clarify what was allegedly defamatory, and received no response. When I informed them that I would not remove my review under Anti-SLAPP laws, they backed down.

Additionally, I still have no explanation for why RyanTech is demanding $9,000 upfront before accepting a transfer request. If Microsoft allows license transfers between CSPs without penalty, RyanTech would not owe Microsoft for these licenses once transferred. Yet, they are holding our licenses hostage, refusing to process the transfer until we pay for the remainder of the term.

Based on my experience, I strongly encourage others to explore alternative providers before committing to RyanTech.

Fastest response and resolution time I've ever experienced! I've had dedicated, professional onsite IT support, and there is no comparison. The RyanTech team wins in every aspect: expedient, knowledgeable, always upbeat in their attitudes, and going above and beyond is a standard. A five-star rating isn't enough!
