Our party of six visited Omaha VR to celebrate a birthday and had a BLAST! Unfortunately our dinner plans ran late so we arrived later than our scheduled time but they were very accomodating and we got right in.

All six of us were able to play together simultaneously in the same room - super fun! The gentleman at the front desk was very patient and helpful, as several of our party had never experienced VR before. Thanks for the great time!

My wife and I plus are two kids who are 10 spent an hour there. The time flew by, we had so much fun. The staff is friendly and super helpful. This is a great place for family outings.

Thank you to the staff here for being amazing. We celebrated my cousins 40th birthday here and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. She’s disabled & the staff took extra steps to make sure every time she came she had fun. I can’t thank you all enough. Sad to hear you are closing this location. We are wishing you all the best ♥️

We had a birthday party for 7 normally rambunctious, wild 10-year-olds, and this place was unbelievably awesome! They had a variety of games, and while I half-expected them to be put into a room, given rudimentary instructions and left to themselves for 2 hours, the guy in charge stayed with them every step of the way, answered questions, and really let them guide what they wanted to do. He even had the kids' names memorized by the end of it and answered all questions on the fly - I forgot his name, but he was fantastic! As parents, this was the easiest birthday party we've done...we literally just sat back and watched our kids and their friends have a blast! Typically, people only review a place when they have a bad experience, so it should tell you everything you need to know about how awesome this place is that so many people would take time to sit down and write a positive review. Check this place out - it is awesome and the people that work there are unbelievable!

I want to make it very clear if anyone is considering coming here, these people work hard to provide the most impressive customer service I have ever seen from a small business. It is worth all the money, and I enjoy every moment at this store… as a regular. I’ve seen some 1 star reviews and deducted they are 100% fake, loads of information in those do not pertain to this business. I’m saying that as a proud customer!!! Come down and have fun for an hour or two, feels like you’re in a completely different world!!! Keep up the hard work!!

So much fun!!! We did a birthday party here with 25 people ranging from 5yo to 50s, and Matt did such a great job of including everyone and making sure we all had fun at our level. The variety of games they had ensured that everyone could participate. Rave reviews from the whole crowd! Thanks Matt and Omaha VR for a successful a party!
