We received bids from 4 other companies to mount our TVs and a soundbar, and decided to go with Connected Integration because all of the interactions I had with Jacob, the owner, were timely and clear. On the day of the installation, Jacob and his assistant arrived on time and got to work. The attention to detail was awesome, they were personable, engaged, and professional. Very pleased with the result and would recommend Connected Integration to anyone!

We moved into our new home on October 1st. Because this home was built in 1997, we needed to update the entire home network system. I'm so glad my husband chose Jacob at Connected Integration to do this very important project! Jacob came last week to do a cursory walk-through to understand our needs and come up with a game plan. As promised, the very next morning we received a beautiful installation proposal complete with hardware and labor costs. We immediately accepted, and Jacob gave me a list of the items that I could purchase myself through Amazon or Best Buy at a cheaper rate than his supplier was currently offering. He then set up our installation date and told us he would bring the rest of the hardware for the install. Jacob and his apprentice arrived on time, wore their masks the entire day while working in our home, and they didn't leave until everything was working perfectly and they had cleaned up the areas in which they were working. In a day's work, Jacob installed: our entire home network, a new Ring doorbell, a 75" TV with Xbox One and Sonos sound system in our family room, TV and Sonos sound system in our game room, and Sonos sound system in our garage. He and his apprentice worked quietly, treated our home with respect and care, and left us with a modernized home that we can enjoy just in time for the holidays. I will recommend Connected Integration to all our friends!

About 5 years ago, Jacob put stereo speakers throughout my home and integrated my stereo system. He did a phenomenal job and I couldn’t be happier. Over the last couple months, I went from Xfinity TV to YouTube TV and had to redo the box and the stereo system. While I got the surround-sound to work I could not get the second zone to work. I contacted Jacob and he gave me all the information I needed to fix the problem. Jacob also sent me a link for the device I needed to get everything to work and it was successful. In my opinion, Jacob is not only very professional but one of the smartest people I know in the audio, video, and Internet industry. I highly recommend him to anybody that needs that kind of help.

Jacob takes the time to not only fully explain what the job will entail (from beginning to end), but installs all devices at the best locations possible, cleans up after the work is done in all areas affected by the installation work, configures all devices to work as they should (while other professionals just install and leave it up to you to figure out how to configure and coordinate device usage (ie: Alexa)), and takes the time to show and otherwise instruct you on how to use all theses devices and associated apps (Alexa, Ubiquiti / UniFi, Ring, Nest, TP-Link / Kasa, Sonos, Amazon Home, Comcast, etc)

They may not be the cheapest, but they are the BEST ... they provide complete "turn-key" service.

You will not be disappointed by their work and you will be glad you contacted and used them. Highly, highly recommended !!!

Got wires where they needed to go without cutting any holes in the drywall. Tested and labeled all the cables. Everything has worked great and looks nice.
