Normally I have liked working with this company. The end of last week I was very upset because our money transfer from the end of Dec 2024 had still not hit our account and I was not getting any answers regarding this issue from them. Finally Friday they did respond and said this, "Our Leadership team is working closely with our ACH partner to expedite bank transfer processing, ensuring a smoother experience for you moving forward. We are in the final stages of implementing this solution, and we are confident that transfer times will soon be restored to their usual speed and reliability". The told me the money would arrive by today and it is now finally to our bank account. The delays are problematic to small non-profits who need these funds to pay bills but hopefully it will get better and everyone will get their money soon. I finally got a response / help from this email [email protected] so maybe try this email if you are still having problems.

Flipcause has done a full 180 on their support. Poor response times, no phone support, and holding funds for months on end with awful follow-up when you attempt to chat with their 3rd party chat agents. As a company that has used Flipcause as a service provider for over 5 years, we will advise clients to consider other platforms moving forward.

We are a small, all volunteer environmental and conservation group, Alpine Lakes Protection Society. We're not techies ourselves, but we need a decent website and assistance in keeping it current. Flipcause has been a great solution for us, giving us just what we need, at reasonable cost. They have always been very responsive. Extremely Disappointed with Flipcause
Our experience with Flipcause has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, we haven’t received a deposit in our bank account for over six months. This has had a significant negative impact on our nonprofit organization, which relies on these funds to serve our community.

The lack of transparency and accountability raises serious concerns about their handling of charitable donations. If you're considering using Flipcause, I strongly advise looking into other platforms to avoid similar issues. Nonprofits deserve partners they can trust, and unfortunately, Flipcause has failed to provide that for us.

This organization used to be great but unfortunately now they hold funds for a month and you can no longer speak to customer service. Only chat online where they keep saying expect funds in 7-10 business days but we have transfer requests from a month ago. Beware of poor service and not receiving your non-profit donations.

DO NOT USE! They have been withholding our donations for close to a month now despite claiming a transfer time of 7-10 business days. We are small non-profit and this is affecting our ability to operate. You cannot reach anyone on the phone. They ignore emails. They claim to support small non-profits... but instead they make our lives harder.

Absolutely do not use. They will not transfer your funds in a timely manner, if at all. Each time we complain they act as though it is a one time problem but it’s been happening for about 2 years now. They will not answer the phone or call you back. And now our website is not working properly so people cannot reach us. It’s really sad that they claim to help small nonprofits (who do indeed need help), but instead take advantage and cause far more problems than they solve. Stay far, far away from Flipcause.

Flipcause used to be amazing but somthing has happend, they are holding funds and not releasing them for a very long time somtimes over a month. You cant get anyone on the phone anymore and thier chat line justs give you the same generic response. Sadly we are going to have to move on and find a new platform.

Go up
