I’ve always had a great experience shopping at Walmart, but what truly sets this store apart is the amazing staff. Andy, in particular, is one of the kindest people you’ll meet. He’s always so helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to talk to. Whether I need assistance or just a quick conversation, Andy is always there with a smile. His kindness and positive attitude make my visits even better. Walmart is lucky to have such an amazing employee! Highly recommend this location. Miss you Andy Rip man.

I've eaten at this deli for several years sometimes 3-5 times a week and it was always great. The hot food bar was always well stocked with fresh food. Lately it's been an abomination, half empty trays, over cooked chicken and hours old sides. You ask for something fresh and they tell you it'll be out in 15 minutes, you leave and come back in 15 they tell you it'll be out in 15 minutes, I'm sure it could go on all day at this point.

I prefer this location. The store is clean, well-stocked and the staff are friendly. Just got my first online order and I am extremely pleased with it. Everything was bagged nicely, the produce was fresh and my eggs were not broken! I tend to be very picky about my groceries, so I’ve hesitated to order online but after today’s delivery, I will be using the online order and delivery feature more often.

"I had a terrible experience with Walmart Online this Christmas Eve. I scheduled a grocery pickup to prepare for Christmas, but Walmart changed my pickup date without notifying me. This left me scrambling at the last minute to find food for the holiday. The lack of communication and reliability is unacceptable, especially during such an important time. This experience has been incredibly disappointing."

The baby department isn't good to shop at all. Your selection is not like other stores, and it's always a mess. The floor product doesn't match online and there are missing prices. Also. I will always rate your store 1 star at the register until you stop the cell phone blocking tech you have. The lady next to me was complaining her cell never works, until 2 feet outside the door. mine too. Until my phone works in your store 1 star.

Love this Walmart, It’s always clean for the most part. The employees are always friendly and it doesn’t take forever for someone to help you opening one of the locked cabinets.

I like this store in regards to location, cleanliness and mostly stocked well. I do not like the gray concrete barriers in front of the grocery entrance. I have reached out to corporate twice to let them know that they need to paint them yellow. My vision impaired husband runs into them because there is no contrast with the walkway! I cannot get a response. Maybe if he falls and breaks his leg they will "hear me". Otherwise the staff is mostly friendly and it is my go to Walmart.

Went to Walmart on Old York Road in Rock hill, SC on 9/15/2024. I attempted to check out at around 6:30 am. There was not one check out register open. I ask to speak with a manager. And I was informed by the manager that they didn't have anyone to operate the registers. I ask for her name and she refused to provide it. She tuned her name tag over. When I attempted to take a picture of her she ran off. I can't believe Walmart has fell this low. I informed her before she ran away she could put the buggy of groceries back on the shelf and I left the store and went to Publix's were they offer customer service. I will be leaving the buggy everytime they refuse to check me out. I hope someone in top management has the balls to correct this manager and teach her some customer service skills. I can bet you it takes less time to check someone out than put a buggy of groceries back on the shelf. Truly piss poor management at this store.
