I was really disappointed in my experience. Ive used other companies for VAs, that Ive really liked. However, I was trying to fill an opening and thought Id minimize the time by searching with additional sources. I interviewed 3 candidates w VWA, and I was leaning towards one, but Vanessa pushed me towards another. She insisted what would have been my 2nd choice was the ine to go with.

Then when we experienced some issues, she asked me to continue to make it work so I agreed. Finally, I found the VA to be dishonest and I notified Vanessa via email, rather than discuss it with me and decide on how to move forward, she informed the VA we were going to be replacing her and left her on as scheduled. I was shocked. Not only was I concerned because I found this person untrustworthy, I felt we were put in a situation that jeopordized our security and integrity. I had wanted to discuss the situation with VWA to ensure I wasnt overreacting, but instead they went right to the VA without even having a conversation with me.

I immediately sought to reach the company, and it took days to be able to get them to have a conversation with me, as Vanessa said they were having network issues or something. After expressing my concerns, she denied telling the VA we were replacing them (we wanted them immediately off without warning for security if we were terminating the rrlationship, instead of having continued access to our systems). Clearly, she informed the VA of our conversation, because immediately afterwards the VA returned for the next schedule shift saying Vanessa told her we were replacing her.

Wow... Vanessa hadnt even talked to me about it, but she went strait to the VA without a concern for our wishes as I had emailed expecting to discuss our integrity concerns.

When I finally talked to Vanessa she said well you will still have to pay for 2 more weeks. WTH! I wasnt even concerned about that. My concerns were around keeping things secure, and what we could be exposed to by having someone dishonest involved with our team.

I thought about it a long time since. It all could have been handled so differently on VWAs part. I really wanted to mull this over. I dont like to leave bad reviews. Plus, I know we can have a tendency to overreact when we are angry. Yet, here I am and my feelings havent changed. Not angry but blown away by the Vanessa's behavior.

We paid for 2 weeks that we did not have a VA on staff and received a big FU.

We have filled that opening eith another VA from a different company we have always found much easier to work with. Instead of paying up front we pay after. In the event one of our VAs doesnt work out we are not obligated to pay. I didnt really think that was a big deal before, as we usually dont have any issues with VAs. Now, Im left feeling cheated by a company that seems to refuse tobe accountable or hold any responsibility.

Obviously, I hope thats not the case, but that is the impression I have. Grateful to have our position filled and to have moved on with another provider. To anyobe considering this one Id say there are probably much better options.

I reached out to find a virtual assistant. I specifically wanted someone who has experience in Amazon FBA and Walmart Seller Central.

I asked for resumes to be sent before hand but they were sent literally when I was supposed to do interviews.

I skimmed through and found only one with relevant experience, i hired her but she did not meet the standards and was overwhelmed over a simple task which she had claimed she had experience.

I reached out back to the company and according to the contract, they were supposed to find me a replacement. I requested resumes early and again they could not provide them until interview time.

The candidates presented did not even have the experience I was looking for so I did not interview any and I asked they find me candidates who have the experience, send resumes then I will schedule interview.

After this they just ghosted me even after following up several times over a few months.

I will not recommend at all considering I paid them already and they did not deliver what the promised.

I also do not understand why ignore clients instead of communicating to find a resolution

I reached out several times and they ignore me. I did not schedule or commit to an interview because they refused to send me resumes. The first few 2 times I have gone to interviews with them they did not send the resumes and I go to a meeting and no resume has the skills i am looking for.
