I was out shopping in Jervis with my family when we came across VR Link and decided to check it out. The staff was super friendly, helping us get started with the VR equipment in no time.

My little one absolutely loved playing Plush Rush, laughing and having a blast. My teenager, husband and me were trying to take down all the zombies together. It felt so real, like we were actually in a zombie apocalypse!

We all had a great time, and the people at VR Link were really nice and helpful. It's a little hidden gem for fun in city centre. We can’t wait to go back!

The staff here were beyond accommodating and helpful.

We unfortunately couldn't go ahead with the session due to a child experience claustrophobia after putting on the headset.
The two team members were very patient and attentive with her. When it became apparent that she wouldn't be able to proceed they immediately offered to refund the whole session.
Unfortunate that things couldn't go ahead this time, but after the care shown for customer well-being I will definitely be open to trying again in future.
