I wish I could give no stars. The girl or women whatever who was in charge of this station was so incredibly rude! She was rude to my kids and my husband. They didn't fully enjoy it because of how she treated us. She didn't talk right when giving the kids instructions. My youngest is 5. 5!! The way she got him into the chair. I don't even treat my kids like that. And what upset me to the point of rage was when the experience was over, she snatched the VRs off their heads. And then proceeded to clean equipment. And at the end. After it all. With no feeling at all. Thanks guys. Come again. I see someone else had the same experience as me. Who ever runs this should fix it SOON!

Horrible experience. There was a girl who was incredibly rude and unprofessional and basically shoved us out of the way. There was a “Back in 10 minute “ sign but she took over 20 minutes and showed up just yelling when there was a line of people waiting. It was an orderly line but she didn’t seem to happy to have to get back to actual customers. The guys that work there are pretty cool. Never had a bad experience until her.

Great experience there took my boys and they had so much fun! Great customer service and the girl working was awesome I have nothing but good things to say about the people working there they’re always amazing to my kids! Thank you for an awesome experience and for being great.

The kids liked it alot. They say its like Universal Studios without driving to Los Angeles. I had so much fun too. It is a must try if you haven't and I will go again just because it is fun.

I was in the mall this past weekend enjoying time with family. The first thing I hear walking into the mall is screaming and yelling. It turned out it was from the 9D VR. Nobody wants to hear people screaming when they are trying to spend time with family. It’s disrespectful to those with family and the workers of the mall. The stand should be taken down. When I tried the tell the lady that owns that stand about it she was rude and disrespectful.
