Péssimo atendimento, o gerente não tem um pingo de humildade. Fui comprar um carregar para IPhone, já no primeiro contato o gerente foi mal educado e me atendeu sem nenhuma vontade.
Após uma semana de uso o cabo parou de funcionar, fui de novo no local e, novamente, fui atendido com a maior má vontade, foi feita a troca do cabo.
Depois de 2 semanas o cabo quebrou novamente, fui lá, acusaram que eu havia quebrado o cabo. Me enviaram uma mensagem falando que a troca poderia ser feita para um produto original, porém deveria pagar a diferença e o mesmo me disse que se eu queria um produto bom deveria ter comprado um original. Isso me trouxe uma dúvida, se o produto que você vende é ruim, porque vendê-lo? Porque trazer uma péssima experiência ?

Péssima experiência, não indico, não volto.

O atendimento até que é bom, depende por quem vc é atendido, mais torça para ter o que você procura na loja, porque se eles disserem que vão ver com o fornecedor.... esqueça, pedi uma peça em dezembro de 2019, hoje agosto 2020 não tive resposta ainda, até tinha esquecido... Lembrei por pedi para ver uma outra peça urgente, a Dois dias atrás e até agora nada...
