A decade ago I bought my house with Realty Kings, and it was only because of their team that I managed to get the house that I did (they literally worked over a weekend just to get my offer in before anyone else and it was accepted before higher offers came in). 10 years later, when I was considering selling it in order to afford a big life change, they were the first people I wanted to talk to. As always, Patrick and the team are very clear, concise, and thorough. They explain to the market currently and my best bets for selling it and I was very clear with my potential needs. We decided on marketing it for the long-term, with slow price drops as the market indicated if needed. This would help me both get the most out of my house and also give me time to figure out if my big life change was going to come together. Until all of a sudden it did. And I had 30 days to sell my house, and make my move. I will admit that I was a little bit panicked when I called the team to update them on the new objective. The team was adamant that we could still get the absolute best for me out of my house and do so within the potential time frame, and they had a solid plan backed by years of experience in order to do so. I know with any kind of big sales there are risks and Patrick and team were very clear on these, as well as the entire process and all the what if. Regardless, their years of experience came through for me and I was able to get a good price on my house and sell in the time frame that I needed. I could not have been more thrilled with the experience, both buying and selling.
