I have been renting out my properties through Retties for over 10 years and I can honestly say that they are an excellent agency. I want to commend particularly Iwona Wolinska who has managed my properties for the last 5 years. She is incredibly professional and always available. Her response time is swift and in many cases, she has already solved the problem by the time she replies.
She is so dedicated to her job that sometimes I wonder if she takes any time off! Managing rental properties is mostly made up of problem solving and Iwona excels at this. Every repair, visit, maintenance or replacement is carried out quickly and efficiently giving me absolute peace of mind.

We rented a flat from Rettie for our first 6 months in Edinburgh. They were easy to work with, did a great job facilitating communication with the landlord, were prompt on getting things fixed when they broke (such as the boiler), and returned our full deposit at move-out, no hassle. We have rented a flat from Rettie in Edinburgh city centre for about 10 years. We have only had a good experience with Rettie. Rettie have been quick in communicating with the landlord and any issue we had, from leaks to broken furniture, was resolved very quickly.

Having heard horror stories from friends about other letting companies, we are very happy to confirm that our experience with Rettie has been exceptional.

We would also name drop our property manager, David Lamont. David greatly contributed to our fantastic experience as specified above.
