I initially engaged Lixing to purchase a flat but although I ended up purchasing through another broker, Robert continued to follow up with me throughout the process and was helpful in recommending mortgage brokers and furniture providers. I don’t often write reviews; however my experience of I buying two flats with the help of Secrea and Billy has been so outstanding, smooth and professional; I just had thank them publicly. You guys are so amazing, kind and helpful; from the first second of meeting Secrea, she was just so warm, pleasant, kind and professional. Throught the difficult purchasing phase, dealing with solicitors and so on; Billy was really on top of things, very helpful, polite and professional.

When things go smooth, you don’t really have much to do with either the agent or solicitors; its only when things get unexpectedly complicated and challenging, you appreciate the fact that you are dealing with genuinely kind and helpful people.

I will be continuing to work with them with renting of the flats.

This was by far the best experience I've had with an agency (and I have moved a lot).

Patient, honest and kind people, who aren't just looking out for the interest of the landlord - they protect you as a tenant. Quick communication and very organised. The whole experience was smooth and for the first time I felt like I could trust my letting agency (not an exaggeration).
I have moved out of London for the time being but were I ever to move back, I would rent with Lixing again. I wouldn't want to deal with other 'shady' agencies anymore.
