We had a wonderful experience with My Virtual Garden Design. Dominic was professional from the first interaction and always ensured I was comfortable with the process. I never felt rushed and he always had the time to answer my questions and edit the design where needed.

The design was contemporary and has been passed on to my landscapers to construct. There were a couple of things they had to confirm with the drawings, but overall I am very happy with the service.

Dom was really patient and excellent, taking his time to come up with a really amazing plan for our new build garden and dealing very well with my complete lack of garden knowledge! He was very thorough with measurements, put us in touch with a great team who could meet our timetable and we are looking forward to seeing the end result. Having a 3D plan is so helpful to make sure you have the design you really want. I highly recommend Dom.

Dom created some wonderful designs for us for our garden. Having a 3d design done really helped us envisage the potential our garden had that we just couldn’t see for ourselves. Dom was able to use his experience to create the best use of space whilst incorporating all of our ‘must haves’. We were able to make amendments until we were happy with the final design and getting a quote. He was even very helpful making further changes when we realised we needed to remove or change some things to suit our budget better. Would definitely recommend this service.

Don't use this service!!! Asks for full payment upfront and now we know why- and he won't give even a partial refund!!. Shoddy service and design, from start to finish, with unprepared site visit, major 40ft trees and height differences missed off plan - design completely unusable. Even so it was counted as one of our design consultations. When he corrected his errors with help from us (had to do measuring for him) he then showed us the design onscreen, with him moving the view all the time, with no chance for us to look at it in our own time or having control over the view. Design delivery was late, clearly rushed and still inaccurate and he wants more money to put it right. We had a better service and design by someone charging one third of the price. I have never given a bad review before but feel strongly about this one. Gave Dom a chance to be fair but he isn't interested in feedback so feel I should forewarn others.
