~UPDATE: I wrote my first review before I even saw the finished product. Wish I could add more stars. The way they request and handle feedback for the initial video draft is so effective. They never made me feel nervous to speak up about changes, or feel silly for having questions. The result is a video that I'm proud to have represent my business.

As business owner myself, being on the client side of Izo refreshed my attitude on handling feedback from my own clients. It can be easy to let your ego sneak in to some of your wording when you are the professional in the situation, but John and Matthew were so kind and validating at every turn.

Every choice they made during the editing process had thoughtful intentions and professional experience behind it, with the intention of making me and my business shine. He engaged me in a number of pre-recording sessions that may have given him more insight into the best approach to take with me in developing the outreach video.
