Great little store with a good selection of games and accessories. I do think this place would strongly benefit from having some music playing in the background. During my last visit it was whisper quiet in there, and it felt a little awkward as I was the only customer in the store at the time. Other than that this store is excellent!

This store is a family business. The husband and wife own and operate it. I've had great interactions with both of them. I often come in with my son to check on updated stock of N64 cartridges or to purchase parts I've used to refurbish the gaming systems in my collection. I really like that they're so innovative, they work with and support fellow businesses in the downtown area. You guys are one of many businesses that I wish to see flourish in our town (:

Awesome place! Bought a used Nintendo 3ds game for $35 that GameStop sells for $53! Who said a local small business didn't have great prices?! They have all sorts of great things there! Hidden gem in West Bend!

Very good selection for being a smaller sized store. The owner was very nice and is passionate about the product he sells and about the hobby. Cool to have a store like this in downtown westbend where there is nothing else like it near by. Will definitely be going back again. Highly recommend!!!!!

This place is really great to do business with, much better than GameStop. They give you more money for your trade-ins and sell merchandise at a reasonable price. The shop owner is knowledgeable and provides great customer service. I would highly recommend checking them out first before going anywhere else for games.

Welp, yes, a great concept. My son and many of his friends whom are now college students were super excited about this. But, have tried going there numerous times during business hours as listed, but it's closed. It would be such a nice departure from tattoo parlors, financial advisor offices, hair salons and bars for the downtown.
