Terrible service. Make sure you read the small print they DON'T give you. They will have you verbally agree to a term, 3 mo, 6, mo, whatever they offer when you call them, then tell you, you can cancel anytime after the initial term. Lies. When you cancel they try to charge your card and don't accept your cancelation until up to 2 months later depending upon when you notify them. You tell them to stop and they continue. The only option is to file a fraud against their visa usage.

Virtual office was not as advertised. Nobody at facility ever. Doors were locked, lights were off on 4 occasions during regular business hours. The one time lights were on and door unlocked, there was nobody in the office suite. No receptionist, no workers, nobody. But there was a ton of mail from numerous companies just sitting on top of a tiny table that is setup next to the unlocked front door. All of the mail was mixed together. Packages were left stacked on the floor. Not sure if all of their offices are like this, but this one was completely unacceptable. Emailed to complain about this, they acknowledged this was odd and said they would reach out to the facility, and let me know what happened. They never got back to me about that. Rather they said since it was within 30 days I could switch to another office facility. I accepted that offer, but never heard back. Tried to follow up several times. No response. I would certainly request to view the facility and ask where the mail is kept before buying.

I’ve been using this service for 3 years. I have to be honest and say that I am looking for another service. My voice mails keep going to my emails so I don’t see them in time and I lose money! The app I was recently provided still doesn’t work? Customer service is good but what they offer is ridiculous. When my phone rings I go press 1 to take the call and the call drops, every single time! I wonder what customers think, like I don’t need this money!

Zero stars if possible! I’ve spent the last 2 days trying to retrieve my mail from 68 Harrison Ave, Suite 640, Boston, MA. Such a simple service that businesses need and Alliance drops the ball at every turn. And don’t think for a minute your documents are secured. I was standing in the office on the phone with Alliance customer service, after I explained to the rep there was no here and I need to retrieve my business mail. The rep says “see if there is any mail in the counter, your stuff could be there”. I thought I was paying for secure mail delivery, not to mention you walk off the elevator into a tiny hallway with a reception desk “suite 640”, and packages are scattered throughout as well as mail. Customer support USELESS as well as the “supervisor”. Be careful choosing your virtual office partner, Alliance is not IT. Almost makes you want to pay for a real office space .
