Working with Mikel was so stress free during an extremely stressful and emotional time in my life. After more than 60 years it was time to sell my Dad’s home after he passed over 4 years ago. I live in Florida and my Dad’s home was in Boston. We came to Boston for 2 months to clean out 60+ years of belongings and memories. To say I was overwhelmed was an understatement. I found Mikel on realtor.com. I was looking for someone who had a solid record of sales over the last several years. After sending him an email he contacted me immediately. I explained the situation and the complications (the home was in a trust) and he put my mind at ease. Mikel had to work closely with me, an attorney for the trust and some other family members to make this all work. He didn’t skip a beat. He made several suggestions of what I should do to the property to make it ready to sell. He also gave me recommendations of plumbers, landscapers and other contractors that I needed to have the property fixed up. I followed all of his advice and we ended up making $185k over the list price. I can’t thank Mikel enough for all he did in making the sale of my Dad’s home a success. He is professional, knowledgable, timely and extremely efficient.

Mikel is amazing. He helped me to obtain my property in Quincy. His negotiation skill is amazing and he's very knowledgeable. I show me how the heating system in my house work. This is my first house and I have no experience whatsoever, so Mikel is like an angel that God sent to me. I appreciate him more than I can say, and I hope you all will have a chance to work with this amazing individual.

We honestly could not have asked for a better experience purchasing our first home with Mike. We found Mike online based on his 5-star reviews across multiple sites. He was the first realtor we contacted and we feel like we hit the jackpot right away. Mike happened to live in the town we were looking in, so his local knowledge was super helpful as we evaluated properties. This was our first home purchase and Mike explained EVERYTHING. Not only is he a realtor, but he has a builder's license so he was able to give us a lot more insight into the structure of potential homes. Mike is very thorough and extremely responsive. He answered all of our questions, and we had plenty. Most importantly, he never tried to push us toward a property that wasn't a good fit for us. He gave us the facts, stated his opinion, but ultimately helped by giving us a ton of information to be able to make decisions on our own. Mike made the process easy. I am so happy that I read Mike's reviews and chose him as my realtor. I didn't have the best experience as a first time home buyer 10 yrs ago and really wanted to find someone I could trust. Mike was that guy. From the very start I felt he had my best interest at heart. He could've made an easy commission by supporting some of my interests early on but advised me to find a house that better suited my needs or cost less but had potential for future expansion. He's so knowledgeable that you feel you've got a home inspector along with you. He is patient, attentive, available, answers any and all questions quickly and thoughtfully. Mike was such a pleasure to work with and helped us find our first home in 3 months. He was able to point out a lot of potential issues during open houses and saved us time by avoiding some homes due to his background in construction.
