This is a horrible place to order from.I placed a order and paid $270.00 for the item and only received one box of the item.They wanted to only give me 10% of the price first I only ask for the rest of my order and they still refusing.This is a scam and they using Amazon to scam people out they money.They are not loyal at all.Tried to call them and they number don't even work.I would not recommend them to my dog.You all please becareful ordering from them they is not right.Amazon need to stop letting them use there company to scam people. WE been going back and forth for 3 weeks now.

When my package arrived, a couple of lids for the containers were damaged. They were quick to provide a complete and undamaged new set of containers quickly and without contest. The costumer service response and the quality of the containers are quite satisfactory. I will definitely consider the same product in the future.

Ordered a zippo lighter on Amazon thinking it was from the zippo store and unfortunately these scum bags were the actual vendor. Didn’t receive the lighter for over two weeks and in that time found the same zippo for $33 when they charged me $98 on Amazon. So I sent it back thinking I would get a refund. They sent back $70 of my $98 and claimed the box was damaged on the return delivery. I replied said the package was covered via Amazon’s return policy. They then changed their story and claimed that they needed the $28 for restocking fees. Luckily after an hour complaining to Amazon I was able get a refund, but I’ll never due business with these lying thieves.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. Purchased some cardboard rings for a parrot toy as refills for when he chews them up. He didn't like the toy so I returned the refills. Supposedly purchased from The Pet Store on Amazon. But all email correspondence was from this company. I paid $36.52 for this item and only refunded $11.53. Said they were used and damaged. I didn't even open the bag. The knot they tied in it was the same knot when I returned them. They are very deceitful. I reported them to Amazon and the FCC.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - Ordered 54 bins from this company and they shipped a total of (6) bins. After I emailed and called numerous times, I received a generic email saying they listed the products for the wrong price and will refund partial of my order. I should have been billed $22 + tax for what I received and they are billing me a little more than double. Apparently I cannot return the items I did receive because I ordered a set of bins and I am not returning a set, I am only returning 6 bins.... COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY - reporting to BBB.

You can send them as many emails and messages as you want through the marketplace which in my case is Newegg but VirVentures will always reply back in a deviant manner. I told them they are sending the package to the wrong city and state according to the FedEx tracker and asked them to send the correct tracker 5 times and still they refused to send it over. In the interim throughout the whole email exchange, the will repeatedly send you nice apologetic template replies but NOT follow up on the actual objective / task at hand and allow things to drag on and on intentionally to buy time for god knows what.
I find their deviant and avoidant behavior extremely despicable ridiculous and most of all a time suck during what is supposed to be an enjoyable year end Christmas holiday. Instead I’m spending time here warning everyone else like those before me not to buy anything from VirVentures whether it’s on Newegg, Walmart or amazon etc. Take this review very seriously. They lie and lie and lie and avoid your question like it’s an everyday thing. They think they are sleek but they’re just liars

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! VirVentures sold us a Graco paint sprayer through Amazon that was defective. We were forced to send it back at our expense ($50.71), and then the company claims it did not come back in the allowed timeframe, so we're subject to a 50% restocking fee that was not listed on Amazon. The company also stated they would refund the return shipping charges, which was a complete lie, too! This company lies and cheats its customers out of money. We will dispute with our bank as well as Amazon and get our money back one way or the other. Just Another Crooked Retailer!

I ordered 6 chairs from this company and 5 out of the 6 chairs came damaged. Could not get a hold of this company until Houzz issued me a refund. Now Virventures is reaching out now that I have been issued credit from Houzz. I contacted the manufacturer that made the chairs and they sent me to a reputable furniture website that carries their chairs and I ordered 6. Virventures is now asking if I wish to pay for the chairs that are in my possession and I said no you can come and pick up the damaged chairs. This has been going on for over a month and now they are responding to my emails because they lost this sale. I will make sure to never order from this company again. They have horrible customer service. Buyer beware !!!!
