I booked a viewing of a property for sale through Peter Anthony. Ofelia Tabot (sales negotiator) was there to greet me when I arrived for the viewing. Her approach was warm and welcoming. She was knowledgeable & complementary about the property. She confirmed the viewing booking, checked on the day of the viewing that I was still planning to attend and she did follow up communications afterwards. All very efficient. Ofelia is a lovely person, cheerful and pleasant.
Didn’t take it any further as I didn’t want to purchase that particular property.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT OF RENTED PROPERTY.

I am not usually one to write reviews about poor service but I feel as though I have no option but to write this. This weekend marks 8 weeks since an issue was raised and has not yet been resolved. Following a gutter issue a representative from Peter Anthony came to resolve the issue and noticed the shed's roof was damaged (the shed was in the corner of the garden and was never used by us due to its condition) they decided it needed removing and I told them that the items inside were from the previous Tennant and also needed removing if they were going to go ahead with this, I assume they charged the landlord for this as well. After 3 weeks I get a message from someone saying they will be coming to break and take down the shed, I told them again the items inside also needed moving. They came broke and removed the shed and left all of the items in my garden, I messaged them and they said they need approval from Peter Anthony, I waited no response, I messaged again and they said they were told not to remove the items and rubbish left. I emailed Peter Anthony a few times and no response, I range numerous of times and was told the gent (who's name is won't mention) is dealing with and when he is back from holiday will be in touch... no response. I call quite angry now explaining the situation and a lady asked me to email a picture of the items/rubbish and also the chain of messages (which i had) from the people they used to remove the shed, email sent, was told they will be in touch, no response. I email again...no response, called twice this week and no one seems to be there who wants to deal with the situation. As a bare minimum at least keep the Tennant informed on what's going on, all of this over a 8 week period. Picture of the state of my garden since the shed was removed.

I would be interested to know how much they charged the landlord for this. I hope this review may prompt a response to resolve the issue as it was left as a last resort.
