We had so much fun! My son had been begging to come here since it opened and we finally were able to come check it out. We all had a great time and can’t wait to come back!

Edited to add that we had so much fun that my other son asked to come for his birthday! We came back and had just as much fun, if not more. Natasha was so kind and helpful/ we are already trying to find another date to come back!

Our family visited Level Up VR twice in the last month and had a blast! Ariel was our host and provided easy instructions, tips and encouragement for our games, and a friendly atmosphere. Thank you, Ariel! What we liked about Level Up compared to other similar businesses:

1. Four people can play at one station when their own headsets for collaborative games. They have their own games to pick from, but we really enjoyed Dead Ahead and Arrow Song the most.

2. Most affordable VR place that we have found in the immediate area

3. Private and quiet environment so that it's not overwhelming

We are definitely planning on returning for their virtual escape room, too!

This was an amazing experience. I accidentally booked the next day and showed up the day prior. Ariel transferred our reservation and stayed late to make it work for us, which is AMAZING customer service. We did the space station VR escape room and it was great. This wasn’t just an escape room with a puzzle and a bunch of locks, this was really a interactive experience with multiple problems and skills (for example, piloting the space station, docking with another ship, and a spacewalk) all of which were different and fun. We solved our escape experience early and Ariel ran a short VR game for us so we got our entire time and then some. This was well worth the money, it was tons of fun, very different, and the customer service rocked. Better than five stars by a lot!

This was VR like no other experience, so much fun! It was the perfect way to enjoy time with cousins indoors on a cold night! We chose an escape room for our VR experience. So different from a real escape room and yet still challenging and exciting!
Ariel and Skyler were awesome hosts! They were encouraging, professional, and informative, adding to our fun! We were laughing, screaming, and having an all around good time!
No motion sickness at all so don’t let that scare you away!
We will definitely be back and highly recommend Level Up VR in Frederick MD.

We had a great time here! We accidentally booked for the following day after showing up and realizing our mistake but Ariel was very kind and made some arrangements and we were able to play an escape room the day we came. This was my first time with a VR escape room and I had a blast! Will definitely be coming back!

This was a fun experience! My family has done many escape rooms, but this was our first VR escape room. The experience is completely immersive, and it has both puzzle and game-like components. We also tried a game-only demo, and it was fun as well. There are techs who immediately help with any issues during the game, and the staff are both helpful and friendly!

Extremely smooth and enjoyable experience. The technology ‘just worked’ and felt extremely natural and intuitive, which is almost never the case with complex hardware/software setups like these. Enjoyable for young kids (5 years old+). Session length:pricing ratio felt fair. Would come again ?

This was a blast!! I went with 5 of my family members. We choose the 4 mini-game option, playing a different one each time. I was surprised that you don’t get motion sick while having the VR headset on. The instructor, Skyler, was clear and charming. He made the event very enjoyable. I will most likely be back soon. Good place to go for people with video game experience and people with little to no experience. Nice job Level up VR.
