My ninety-one year old grandmother had an infection from breast cancer surgery, and she came to the emergence room at this hospital. She kept asking for help, but the people here kept telling her to wait. She ended up having to wait so long by herself that she had to call her own taxi in order to go to an emergency room that she knew would treat her properly. If she had remained in this emergency room, her life would have been at risk. Unacceptable. I'm twelve years old and even I know the deference between right and wrong. This crossed the line.
