Ordered a game it shipped and arrived within 4 days, game was in pretty good condition minus some small marks on the case but considering it was a 10+ year old game it’s fine. Overall pretty satisfied with the delivery time and condition of the game. Would definitely recommend their online service.

Awesome store, one of those stores that is totally irreplaceable. Tons of classic stuff you cant find anymore. Love it here, they also offer disc cleaning and polishing which is cheap and so useful. Shelby was a great help as well!

Came in here while visiting a friend in town. Overall a nice store, games were pretty much whatever they were listed for on price charting and with a couple of games a little bit pricier. The staff eas very friendly and helpful. The only thing I wish I could've seen more of was game accessories (switch cases, Gameboy lights, power gloves, etc.) will definitely pop in next time I'm in town!

The best game store in the fair Oaks region and even in Sacramento as a whole. The remodel they have done in the past years has made more room for patrons, displays, cabinets and merchandise. I've been coming here since I was a kid. Always have had great prices and amazing retro games.

High prices, not quite worth it for pretty much anything here. Staff was nice enough, but seemed short, probably get a lot of people asking why the prices are so high.. clean store, decent location, but you can find cheaper most other retro game stores and even online for much cheaper.

The store would have a good review if it were based on selection, organization, and cleanliness. The 1 star is based on the outrageous pricing for mediocre products, and the bizzare attitudes of their staff. Don't get me wrong they aren't all bad but it seems like everyone I end up dealing with is having a horrible day. I used to love this store but it's been about a decade since I've had any good experience.

I had an amazing experience coming in and seeing all the amazing retro video game consoles! This place can also feel like a mini museum. It's great that a place like this exists and it helps our kids to see what kinds of older games we used to have around. This place is great for PS1, PS2, PS3, Xbox, Xbox 360, Nintendo 64, SNES, NES, DS, GameBoy, etc. They also carry modern game titles/consoles such as Xbox One, PS4, and Nintendo Switch. Overall very satisfied with the customer service. I sincerely wish this shop great success and the ability to expand further. Please make a shop near Downtown Sacramento.
