2 bigger VR machines are $10/ride. Rides are 3-5 minutes. Smaller ‘VR machine’/the ball pit is absurd. It’s a screen you throw balls at. Not in a fun way. It was $10/person, unlimited, but a series of games from ~2003 including candy crush.

After that it’s the arcade games. At $5/game. There are 4 that work on the card you can buy. One is the coloring game you can do for free at Norwalk aquarium or la Guardia airport. Another is basketball, but don’t expect the score to deliver tickets or prizes. It’s just to shoot a ball at a hoop. Space invaders and claw machine don’t work on that card. They last as long as a single game - so 2-4 minutes.

Any place with any sort of arcade is better - and cheaper - than this one. So absurd it *almost* qualifies as robbery.

Very expensive for regular arcade games and a mix of paying with prepaid card or needing to use credit card at each game. Then to make it better, most of the games didn’t actually work, making it a total bust. avoid at all costs.

The arcade experience was disappointing to say the least. Initially, we waited for about 30-40 minutes after opening hours, with the lights off the entire time. The staff weren't transparent about what was included with the gaming cards, so after purchasing two $30 cards, we found out they didn't cover the claw games or the main VR ride/game (which I had communicated to them we wanted to participate in). We had to pay extra for those separately. Additionally, the variety of games was poor, with many out of service, and such varied age levels there were not many options for the girls. It was frustrating and could have been avoided with transparent information from the staff. We left with money still on the cards, feeling like it was a waste.

I went with my friends spent $5 for 2 minutes on air hockey. The space was lackluster not to mention. The whole operation is very all over the place. Most machines or “ attractions “ were greasy/oily. ( would not recommend )

This place is terrible.

I took my son here to play a few VR games. The staff was very unhelpful in getting us set up on the games. They can be a little complex for a 6-7 year old, and because he didn’t understand how they worked he was frustrated and gave up.

One of the rides we paid for, essentially a simulated roller coaster, wasn’t available to use. We waited 20-25 minutes for a technician to come back and set it up. Eventually, we just left frustrated and basically getting nothing for the money we had just spent.

Do yourself a favor don’t come here. Go to RPM Raceway, go to Bowlero. Your kids will have fun there.

I was there with my son (7) who had been begging to go back since his friend's bday party that took place at Galaxy VR. He had so much fun trying different games; and the staff members were super kind and helpful. I even ended up playing a couple of games with my son! Highly recommend!

They have great games for every age bracket, that’s pretty cool. I enjoyed as much as did my younger siblings. Their arena is something out of the world experience, would definitely recommend!
