This was a FANTASTIC Christmas Eve activity!!
I want to make special mention of the staff. They are so nice and explain everything so well. They immediately remembered us from last time including my 85 year old mother in law who’s from out of town.
We all agree it’s a must do!!
Thanks guys and Merry Christmas to you all!!

We played the zombie themed game and it was just fantastic. It felt very real, definitely a dun experience to share with friends! They have nice, friendly and helpful staff. Clean place. Parking spots available next to the mall and they also have locker to leave your stuff before the game.

Had an awesome VR experience at Zero Latency in the Lower Mainland! The zombie outbreak game 'Outbreak' was incredibly immersive with fantastic visuals and gameplay. Our instructor Amaar was super helpful and made sure we got the most out of our session.

The atmosphere was great, and considering the high-quality VR experience, the pricing was quite reasonable. One of the coolest features was getting highlight clips after the game - such a fun memento of our time there!

My ONLY suggestion would be more transparency about the equipment sanitization process between users. It would be great to know how often and thoroughly the gear is cleaned?

Overall, I would definitely recommend Zero Latency for anyone looking for a unique and entertaining VR experience. The combination of helpful staff, good value, and engaging gameplay makes it worth checking out!

What a great experience! It was the first time VR for my wife, cousin, and I and we played the Christmas themed Outbreak Slay Season . Carlen was a great host and shepherded us well into the mayhem. Being transported into another world wound us up tightly and we were drenched in sweat by the end. We babbled incessantly about the experience for hours after. Its good value and we highly recommend this activity on rainy days and as a gift for all ages friends and family. Check it out if you want to see how you will perform under pressure!
