I normally can solve issues on my own, but this time on my custom PC I knew I was out of my league. Turns out after everything was said and done. It had major problems and defective hardware in It. Bobby was fantastic and solved my computer problems within the same day After thorough diagnosing and detailed explanation throughout the process.

I have used many IT companies before and believe me it is hard to find someone that you dont have to wait at least a day for someone to come out and fix your problem and trying to operate a business while system is down, can be very costly. Dennis at Egghead IT, delivers great service and won't gouge you in pricing like others that I have used, he is very much to the point, fixing the problem without trying to make those extra hours stretch. The company is fair and honest and we are glad we found them, we won't be going anywhere else.
