Horrible customer service.
I had to go find the truck and wait until opening time to even get the keys because the keys were not in the box. I began checking in around 8:30. They claimed I didn't check in until right before they opened based on whatever his computer said, but as I mentioned I had been there and waiting on the online system to process. Everything should've been ready (truck and keys) regardless and of course these guys aren't going to compensate or take responsibility for not having everything ready.
