The store is clean but not neatly organized, however they have a great selection of products and reasonable prices for brand name items. The staff was quick and efficient in ringing my purchase. I definitely recommend this store if you are looking for something specific.

I was just there today since I hardly ever go. There’s a reason why. The older lady who rang me out was very courteous and sweet. When I went to put my cart away the two other “girls” who were working there were just chatting away in their “language” super loud and standing around. I didn’t realize that there was only one spot to put carts away and I was told they didn’t go there; however there were other carts there and other people left carts in the same coral area. I told them I would put the cart away in the “correct” spot when I was done being rung out. What happened to customer service anymore. I used to work retail and I never behaved that way and told people what to do. I just simply did my job and were kind to customers. The new generation of workers were not trained in courtesy it’s really unfortunate. I would not return here again. It was also a disaster area. What happened to stores and cleanliness.

Sorry ass store I never go there and when I do the jacket that I bought didn’t fit in and for my bad luck I don’t have the receipt with me no more and went back to see if I could get a different size well at first they say yeah but then no bc supposedly it was the wrong tag like if I work there and I put the wrong tag on it smh the clothes here is already dirty and try to say that I wore it 😡 no wonder I never go to this sorry ass store, dirty and expensive clothes they have…….

I enjoy shopping and try to shop at any tj maxx. I went to the visalia location and it looked like a tornado had blew through the store. Everything looked ransacked and stuff all over the floor.

Trying to shop for shirts was impossible, everything was not done by sizes, things in the walkway. Not sure if store has a manager, but help is very much needed and organizing would be great

Sad that a store looks like that! Will not be back

I have been coming to this TJMaxx for years and have always been happy with their services...until yesterday. I bought 4 items. Two items were under $15. 1 $35. 1 - $11. My total came out to $129. I thought hmm that seems pricey but still paid. As I paid, I thought wait a minute I know math isnt my best subject but how on earth did it come out to $129 I looked at my receipt and was apalled to see I was secretly charged $50 dollars for a "best bra ever". I immediately brought this to the cashier's attention and she started fumbling and apologizing for that and said she would refund me. Coincidence or straight sneaky......

Love TjMaxx for a quick shopping trip to find most of my favorite goodies. You can find hair care products , beauty products, clothes for the whole family and decor for your home. This place can be dangerous to your bankaccount or wallet. Only complaint is not enough space for wheelchair or strollers.
