Pm to 5pm we celebrated my son’s 5th birthday! Luka had an amazing time! I want to deeply thank every employee and staff of this place! The food was amazing the place was clean! The service was on point! Everyone invited was extremely pleased and happy!!!! Will be coming back in the future for sure!!!!

Not a fan of the food, but the entertainment is worth 5 stars! Literally bought a couple hours of peace from 5 kids here! It was phenomenal. The neighborhood is trashy but, this place seems to do a great job at keeping the vagrants and crackheads of the city center away!

Always clean with friendly staff and not too busy! All the games are usually in working order too! Only thing that would make it better for my 3 year old was to have chucke come out at least once a visit!

Got straight ripped off. Paid $50 deposit for party for my son and confirmed the reservation by phone (during which I ordered pizza and extras). When I showed up, they couldn't find my reservation, and they cared not when I showed them my bank statement and phone records showing that their store called me to confirm the party. They even refused to refund my deposit, while also being very non-apologetic.

As a result, instead of having a nice $200 party with all the extras, I paid over $400 for the kids to only play video games (we literally got nothing else). They kept saying that I need my confirmation #, so I guess it's my fault that they neither told me about the confirmation, nor actually sent me one . To be clear the employee who called me on the phone to confirm the party stated that we were good to go and only had to show up. A confirmation # was never mentioned.

This is absolutely unacceptable treatment and I will cost them way more in business by not having the parties I was planning for my other kids there, and my numerous friends who live in the area won't be going either.

It was very humiliating to have no actual party and have to tell the other parents that their would be no food or extras. This kind of money is significant for me family, and my son had never had a big day like this. So, this is why my inner Karen is coming out. It is really sad that supposedly family oriented businesses like this no longer care to actual look after the customers who keep them afloat

I thought the variety of games was very good and a great value for them. I would highly recommend the timed playing cards, and it's great that they let you pause while you eat and go back to playing! We got the pizza, salad bar and a reusable cup that has free refills forever. My son and I had a lot of fun going there for lunch and the service was great. I looked online for a coupon and recommend you do the same, they always have them for food and games. I also downloaded the app for a free 500 welcome tickets so make sure you do that as well. This location was clean and only one game I saw was out of order. It was not busy at all on a Friday afternoon which is why we went at 12 and my son and I had a lot of fun. For parking, I turned at the light and went to the underground parking and went up the ramp to park in the lot. Love that they make you check in and out so your kids can't leave without you! 🤩🐀

They rip you off on birthday parties, I paid the most expensive party and despite I was informed the unused cards could be used on a different day, when I went back with five kids less than a month after the party, they had no balance. It's unfortunate the manager wasn't willing and/or able to find a solution despite the fact that I was a repeat client, paid 175 bucks for them and my five kids were there excited to play. We left and will never go back, don't recommend it, it's all about squeezing the last buck from Clients and they don't care about kids.

We had my daughter’s 6th birthday party here and it was excellent. They took care of everything and all we had to do was show up with the cupcakes. The kids loved it, and it’ll be a special memory for my girl forever. Big shout out to Caleb who really gave us professional and attentive service the whole time, and made everything absolutely seamless. Thanks!
