My company recently started using Office Evolution, and so far it's been a GREAT experience! The space feels fresh, and clean, everyone that rents a space is super nice, the location is incredibly easy to access, and the amenities are great (they have e-bike that tenants can borrow!).

Tim has been super easy to work with, and always has a smile on his face!

Definitely take a tour if you're looking for a new space!

Our Office Evolutions subscription has been so incredibly valuable. We have a space for all of our employees to come together, and it feels like a community with the other businesses here, too! As someone who works from different cities, I also love that there are locations all across the front range for me to drop in for coworking, or reserve and use one of their incredible conference rooms. Tim, the manager at the Denver OE, is so amazing. From day 1, he's given us anything we need to succeed in our office. He even took Holiday pictures of us today! That's going above and beyond, and that's what makes OE different from any other coworking subscription by far.

Since we have moved to this location everything has been great. The workspace is clean, modern, and well-equipped, making it a great environment for productivity. The private offices and coworking areas are comfortable, and the small meeting rooms/phone booths are perfect for quiet individual working space.

The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. Whether it’s setting up conference rooms, assisting with amenities requests or just creating a welcoming atmosphere, they go above and beyond to support their members.

Our team LOVES this office and the huge value that an Office Evolution subscription provides. I often work around different cities, and because OE is all over the front range, it's easy to find a coworking spot to drop in on while I'm out and about. This sets me up for success in my work days by not needing to drive all the way home after meetings, or working out of crowded, loud coffee shops. The conference rooms you can book are also really nice for meetings. The staff is super friendly and they often have events where all the tenants come together. I’ve been working one day per week in the Denver Office and couldn’t be happier. The office environment is modern, bright and comfortable. Tim, the office manager, made the onboarding process super easy and he’s been very accommodating. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for Denver co-working space.
