Beware of Hidden Fees and Misleading Terms!
I had a terrible experience with Regus. I signed up for a month-to-month agreement and was explicitly told there would be no additional payments beyond the monthly fee. However, when it came time to end my agreement, I discovered they had hidden fees, including retaining payments and exit charges.

I specifically asked about these costs during my initial agreement, and they assured me there would be none. It turns out “month-to-month” isn’t really what it seems—it’s a misleading term. Their billing practices feel like a scam.

If you’re considering Regus, be prepared for unexpected charges and vague explanations. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for straightforward, honest office space solutions. There are many office space providers like signature management or venture x around the area who does have great and clear services

Horrible. Sent me to collections over a retroactive mail charge for holding onto a few envelopes. I don't normally write reviews, but for me this is a matter of principle. It's simply wrong to arbitrarily decide to back charge clients for a service. In my case I had cancelled the Regus mailing address, and they started randomly billing me for charges I'd never seen to that point. In addition, even though I'd been a client for 5 years, I couldn't cancel my agreement as it's evidently annual. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you're self employed working from home and looking for a business address for marketing and other materials.

Other than Summer West, who was very kind and helped me throughout, the entire experience was awful. I was nickel and dimed for everything, including charges that I did not make, and was ingnored by corporate when I tried to be made whole on those charges. I was also told that I could resign my lease at a lower rate, and when I did so, they took another $1200 security deposit out of my account without telling me (which I have yet to see be refunded in my bank account), although I was assured I was going to be made whole by corporate. You would be better off giving a homeless person $100 to use their cardboard box on Colfax then to waste your money on this shady establishment.

Arrived here in search of a credit union that is still listed at this address. I approached the front counter and asked about the bank, to which a woman rudely responded and kept repeating herself when all I wanted was to just leave after realizing the bank had relocated. A simple “I’m sorry, this isn’t what you’re looking for. We’re Regus now.” would have sufficed and I could have moved on quicker. Poor representation of the company sitting front and center.
