Tried to get on my PC one day and it didn’t work. Turned out to be my CPU and motherboard. Ordered the parts and ran diagnostics after just to make sure I didn’t come home with a faulty computer which is needed for my school. He did great work and fast turnaround time. Took a fairly new computer to Access Computer Care for work. Turned out the SSD drive had gone bad. He got me in the same day I called for service and had a new drive installed and ready the next day. Made sure I knew to access my Microsoft One drive before going through the expense of trying to have it recovered through other means. Price quoted was exactly what I paid. Very responsive, fast service, and a great value. It was an expensive machine purchased to run demanding programs - very content I can continue using it for the purpose I intended without replacing the entire unit. If I’m ever in a similar situation, I’ll run it by here first.
