I brought my 14 TB hard drive to Access Computer after it stopped working, and I was really concerned about losing important data. Suresh was professional and reassured me they’d do their best to recover everything.

He not only managed to recover all the important data, but he also repaired the hard drive, which I wasn't expecting. The pricing seemed fair for the service provided.

Overall, I’m highly satisfied with the results and would recommend Access Computer if you’re dealing with data recovery or hardware issues. They did a solid job.

I really appreciate everything Suresh does. He has tremendous experience in cybersecurity, quite frankly you can consider him a forefather of cybersecurity from his experience with Hewlett-Packard many many years ago. Not only did he consolidate all of our photos from laptops hard drives. We forgot passwords and he was able to help access our computers and phones. He is never too busy to educate and spent much time teaching me about cybersecurity which normally would have been a $700 class. Suresh will help me with future projects.

This was our second visit. We had a good experience the first time so when my daughters macbook had some issues we decided to check with Suresh. He was very thorough and explained the problem and potential solutions. He was able to fix the issues with the charging ports and avoided the need to change the mother board. I am sure other places would have charged a lot. He promptly got the repairs done during Xmas holidays. The costs were reasonable and as per his prediction. We were quite happy with the service and will definitely go there in future. I highly recommend Access Computers.

Cost was very reasonable and he knew what he was doing.

Replaced the keyboard and control panels and works good as new.

When a networking wire came loose a few days later (only held in place by a micro-clamp) he spent half an hour opening it up, putting the wire back, securing it with nonconductive tape, then closing it back up at no charge.

This place is amazing for it's customer service, repairs and scheduling! I had a laptop that needed to be reset and I needed it quickly, Suresh had it back in less than 24hrs. He also has a great memory, I had not been in for service in 7ish or more years. The minute I walked in he remembered me, I was pleasantly surprised. My go to computer repair! Thank you for another 100% great experience!

Had a good experience with the guy, he’s great but my computer after $145 still is having the same problems after a couple of days getting it back. Did everything suggested to keep my system protected and clean. Am so disappointed.
UPDATE: Had to factory reset to get computer working, not upset but believe I probably over payed for the services done. Though I gained a bit more knowledge about computer safety and he was very nice to work with. Would recommend him over geek squad or anywhere else.
