For the past couple of years, I’ve worked as a creative contractor for a large ACL client in Seattle, and I’ve had nothing but good experiences working with Farah Qureshi, who has been the Executive Business Associate that is my direct contact at ACL. The client I work for has a different payroll schedule than ACL, so there’s always been additional record keeping steps involved with reporting timesheets- which in itself isn’t ideal, but Farah has always been there to answer my questions and concerns, no matter how trivial or how urgent.
