AWFUL MANAGEMENT, I gave my property to address and they are as close to a scam as you can get. They give you maintenance work that needs to be done on the property and then when you go and do your own quote you find they are charging you 3 times the average price.

Once you get your own contractor they avoid your emails and calls and after asking to leave due to this they want to charge you a crazy amount.

Debra on the phone stated we have tenants that want to move in but now that youve asked to leave im gonna give them to someone elses house.

Clear negligence and I will be taking further legal action.

Worst letting agency going, had numerous problems with mold throughout the whole flat since we’ve moved in, all they do is come and paint over it, for it to grow back within a few days, covered a whole wall of mould with tiles instead of treating it, we have multiple mushrooms growing in the bathroom, and all they do is pull them of for them to grow back. The fridge freezes everything and ruins anything we buy. The maintenance man Steve is rude and inappropriate towards us makes us feel uncomfortable

Deborah was so helpful with replacing my keys especially on a bank holiday, honestly couldn’t be more helpful than what they already are! Amazing service 🙂

Terrible service... I booked a viewing for a property that had just been advertised on the same day I rang. They told me the earliest possible viewing for that property would be 2 days later. I booked a viewing and was told that I would receive a message in the morning of the viewing confirming our appointment. At 1pm of the day of the viewing, I still hadn't any confirmation message. I rang... Only to find out that the person I had spoken to, to book the appointment hadn't bothered to enter my details into the system. I had taken time off work in order to be able to go to the viewing. I was also informed that the property was now off the market.
Total waste of time and energy.

I've used Address properties for a few years now and they are by far the best letting agent I have come across.
They are open and honest with their fees and their maintenance charges are always reasonable, which cannot be said for a lot of the other independent and high street estate agency chains who feel the need to sneak in additional charges wherever possible.
The team do a great job and their advice is always in the best interests of the landlord and tenant. I was concerned due to their growth, the service may dip, but I'm pleased to say I haven't experienced this.
A real pleasure to work with the team and Address.

I can't find another word to describe this agent apart from DISGUSTING. This communication with clients and among themselves are literally horrendous.
Booked a viewing, walked 40 minutes from the city centre and was told in the last minute it'd to be cancelled because no one was available! (they argued they didn't know why I was booked in in the first place)
Booked a viewing for the second day, this time they were there, but couldn't get into the flat because the door was out of battery!!
I was immediately given another time slot for a third viewing attempt, and guess what? In the very last minute, they told me they had no record of that and cancelled it!!!
I don't know how on earth could all these happen. How would someone not tell the office a client was booked in for a viewing? Unbelievable!!
Never waste your time with this outrageous agent unless you have too much patience and want to do some exercise.

Horrendous service. We had an issue with the toilet for the whole year, they failed to fix it. This lead to it flooding down to the downstairs bedroom, flat mate was unable to sleep in the room for two weeks. So many issues with the house and they still expected us to pay full rent whilst none of the issues were solved. After all of this and nearly two months since we moved out of the house, we still haven’t received our deposits back. The so called “deposit return deadlines” seems to change by the day. DO NOT USE ADDRESS PROPERTIES.

Simply not good enough. As students we are new to the world of property renting and all that it entails and my housemates and I feel very dissapointed with the service at Address Properties. Yes, they were very helpful when we were looking for a house to live in but since then it has all gone downhill. Our issues have taken weeks to be dealt with, that is if they have even dealt with properly at that point, and quite frankly the manner in which my housemates and I have been to spoken to and dealt with has been rude and out of line. I would not recommend this agency to my friends as they have done nothing but cause us more grief than they are worth, especialy during stressful times such as exam season.
