I love this team! I have a modest home recording studio and I needed help with an upgrade. Collyer was extremely helpful and generous with his time. Al Brewster is the technician that helped me out with finding out how to deal with mt laptop issues. He knew what he was talking and gave me the route to go where his work could not be completed. Accepted apple care. Also cleaned my laptop free of charge. A valuable resource.

Don't bring your computer here for service.

On dropping off my laptop, they were friendly and technically savvy.

They held it for 2 weeks without working on it (having quoted 1 week) - even to see what was wrong with it, and when I called about it acted offended that I was calling and gave me a completely different story about the laptop not being serviceable at all (without running any tests on it).

Waste of time and gas.
