LING IS AMAZING. Tried to go to six flags but it was closed and we totaled our car on some ridiculous pot hole and Ling was so accommodating made us realize that everything happens for a reason and we all cheered and did shots. Don’t know about any of the facilities but would 10/10 come back just for the bar tender Ling. THANK U BABY

Great place to sharpen your game! Simulator is true to form and you will need to chip your putts to a 1, 2 or 3 foot target 17 and 41 yards away. Can improve your game by 4 or 5 strokes.

Only giving any stars because our waiter was pretty cool.
I made reservations weeks in advance for Valentine’s Day weekend..
We had a one hour reservation at 6 pm for axe throwing. The area was pretty cool, but the tomahawk axes all malfunction? The blade part falls off every time you throw it and you have to put it back on and hammer it tight? Not sure why this is a thing. We tried all of the tomahawks and they all fell off.
We got done with axe throwing at 645 and our reservation for the indoor top golf suite was at 7 pm. The girl at the front told us our bay would be ready in about 5 min when we checked in again. Another group came in about 655 and she sat them in our bay. I went back up to the counter to see what happened and she said we would have to wait “about fifteen minutes” for the next bay. Apparently the group also had a 7 pm reservation. Unsure how you make reservations, but you really don’t?

Regardless we ended up having to wait 45 minutes for our bay. I originally had the bay reserved for 1.5 hours, but had to cancel the last half hour because we were so delayed and only had a babysitter for a certain time.

The place has potential, but the teenagers that work there suck and are idiots.
Hire new staff and we would return.

Beware that a “ reservation” doesn’t really mean anything apparently. They need to develop a better system or hire new staff.

Was not at thrilled about the facility over all. As big as the dome is. It's tiny inside, my son had no interest in any of the activities offered. Not a fun spot. Rather drive past and go to six flags

We booked Adventure Crossing for our work party to celebrate an employee’s 10 year anniversary with our company. Robert Rivera made booking this event a breeze and was consistently available to answer any questions we had. Any changes we made were NEVER an issue. They were so accommodating for all our requests, which we greatly appreciated. On the day of the event and from the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed and took care of us, even helped us decorate our area! The games were fun and the food surpassed our expectations. Sasha the Chef came out to introduce himself and went above and beyond to ensure everything in our event went smoothly. The entire staff never missed a beat. They were all so attentive and generous. Overall, they proved that they genuinely care about each person that walks through their doors. If you want to have a great time where you will experience above and beyond service, or if you are looking for where to book for your next event, Adventure Crossing is the place to go. They will take care of everything. Thank you Adventure Crossing and staff for the wonderful time!

First time here to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. Excellent customer service and our waiter Tommy was sweet and made sure we were taken care of. Place is not as big as I thought but still worth it. Food was good and priced pretty decent for the portions. Will definitely return.
