I called in about some home networking needs and left a voicemail. Michael got back to me same day and provided very helpful and super friendly advice even though they don’t provide the service I was in need of. Michael was more than willing to spend his time pointing me in the right direction and giving me invaluable advice. I would have loved to do business with them and suspect that how Michael conducted himself on the phone is representative of the kind of top class people they hire and type of service they provide to their customers. We are a small business in Redding and over the years we have needed an IT company that could promptly and swiftly resolve our computer and network issues. We were referred to Aion so we gave them a try. Michael came to our office and I presented an entire list of hardware and software issues.
