Alimur is a co-op, resident-owned, all age mobile home park located at 4300 Soquel Drive on a sunny hilltop above Soquel village. ? Residents enjoy fresh ocean air and well-maintained common areas, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, and recreation room. ? Walk to 41st Avenue shopping, and Soquel shops and restaurants. ?️ Capitola Village, beaches, the Capitola Wharf, and Highway 1 are close. ?️ Great commuter location; bike to the beach and scenic Opal Cliffs after work! ⛲️ All age community.

Management can be harsh when you own your own home here. The pool is nice though at times. Wish it was open year round and heated year round though.

Claims to be resident owned but is actually in transition to that. Many renters still live here. Money management to get improvements done are hampered by the number of renters still here. Could be a great location but not there yet.

Even though the park residents have become co- owners, and a new management team has taken over. It is still awful. I feel as if I am living in a Nazi Prison Camp.

My neighbors watch each other all day , and night, and complain about every car that drives through, if a person stops by regularly, you are accused of having them live there.

It feels as if they approve your moving in so easy, then after you own the place. Immediately, they start throwing violations at you, and force you to sell fast at a loss. It is the most awful stressful experience. STAY AWAY

The owner is so racist.... He invites us to swim say your allowed to swim because I'm renting a room from someone who lives here... But once I do he contacts the room mate and say I'm no longer allowed there... Mind you the whole time we were In the pool he was staring at us like we were doing something wrong it was me and my son and my friend and her husband and her daughter it was a family oriented. Thing.... The park mananger need to get fired

The park is no longer owned by this person mentioned. It has recently changed, and is co-op owned by all the people who both own a mobile home, and live in the park.

I have just moved into my home, but so far everyone seems friendly, and pleasant. The park is also in the process of getting everything upgraded, including the roads. Also, many new homes.
