Their customer service is bar none. They are very responsive when anyone on my team has an issue that causes them to not perform their job duties. If they can't get to an issue they call and make sure that it won't impact workflow and if it does they reprioritize theirs. They educate us on what issues are and help us understand timelines. I appreciate Ben, Jason, Derrick, Brandon and team for helping the Ferris Wheel have a high level of customer services by making sure our internal hardware and software needs are handled. I took my computer there for updating to Windows 10. I didn’t use it for a couple months and the password expired. I called them for assistance on how to gain access to my PC (due to me not remembering) and was told to call somewhere else their not assisting residential clients. It would have been better if they weren’t able to help me (based on their company policies) or they didn’t know how to just say it, as opposed to turning down my business. This is not the way to gain repeat service!
